About the Role
You’ll lead interdisciplinary projects in AI, Simulation, and Engineering Sciences — building bridges between technology and transformation.
You’ll work with our customers — world-leading companies like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Airbus, and Siemens — and collaborate with top universities such as MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and ETH Zurich to shape the future of applied science.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate international innovation projects across AI & Engineering
- Build trust-based partnerships with clients and researchers
- Translate complexity into clarity — and ideas into business value
- Mentor teams and foster a culture of excellence
What You Bring
- PhD or Postdoc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Proven experience in project management and business development
- Deep technical understanding of AI, simulation, or digital engineering
- Strong communicator, fluent in English and German
