Over the past decade, TWT has delivered over 500 innovation projects, shaping the way AI & Data, Simulation, Processes, and Quantum Computing are done across industries.
About the Role
You’ll lead interdisciplinary projects in AI, Simulation, Engineering Sciences, Data, Processes, and Quantum Computing – building bridges between high-end technology from top universities and real-world implementation at leading industry partners.
You’ll collaborate with companies such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Airbus, Siemens, and MTU AeroEngines, and with globally leading universities such as MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and ETH Zurich.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate international innovation projects across AI & Engineering
- Build trust-based partnerships with clients and researchers
- Translate complexity into clarity — and ideas into business value
- Mentor teams and foster a culture of excellence
What You Bring
- PhD or Postdoc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Proven experience in project management and business development
- Deep technical understanding of AI, simulation, or digital engineering
- Strong communicator, fluent in English and German
