Your Tasks
- You will identify and connect ideas from the fields of Engineering, IT, Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability and Quantum Computing within TWT and advise our clients on the establishment solutions
- You lead project teams and shape the quality, cost-effectiveness and punctuality of our projects
- You will design methodically and technically sophisticated solutions, coordinate the technical work of specialist experts in our customer projects and coordinate content and approvals with customers
- In close coordination with our management, you will define the strategic performance of TWT as a knowledge society with the mission of translating scientific findings into technological and methodological innovations for our clients
- You are enthusiastic and enthrall others about acquiring highly sophisticated technology and innovation projects from Premium Automotive OEMs
- With a high degree of customer orientation you develop projects and represent TWT in customer meetings and at specialist
- You are always up-to-date with our innovations and ideas and develop strategies for their sustainable utilization together with a team of experts
Your Profile
- Master’s degree with top grades in (Industrial-) Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics, (MINT) preferably with PhD or MBA
- Innovative spirit, personal initiative, strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a good portion of humor
- You combine excellent coordination and communication skills with a solid technical understanding and a winning
- You enjoy interacting and direct exchange, animated customer orientation in customer relationship management, assertivenes and a sense of resopnsibility
- Complex issues and the latest technologies are your driving force: you can switch between business and technical perspectives
- We rely on your creativity: discover together with us the issues of the future and shape the solutions of the future
- Inquisitiveness and cosmopolitanism are your strengths: You are flexible and like to see more of the world
- Very good German and English skills
