Future Tasks
- You bring your technical expertise to our client projects - according to your interests, e.g., AI, Autonomous Driving, Edge Computing, Green Technology, HMI, Future Engineering, Data Science, Systems Engineering, Virtual Experience, or Quantum Computing
- You identify complex problems, analyze them systematically, and develop creative solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- You achieve success by engaging in technical project work, project management, or client contact.
- You communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and superiors to achieve common goals. You're a team player who actively listens, provides constructive feedback, and shows empathy.
- You research the application of new technologies in technical questions within publicly funded research projects, generating direct added value for existing and new projects.

Your Profile
- An outstanding master’s degree or Ph.D. in, e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Informatics, Engineering, and other natural sciences
- Knowledge of at least one higher programing language, e.g., Python, C#, C++, Java, or Matlab
- A solid understanding of at least one area: data processing, statistics, (target-group-specific) data visualization, or machine learning
- Enjoyment in critically examining our clients' work processes and developing innovative solutions
- Ability to confidently lead and engage in discussions, motivate and present in public as well as to think and act independently at a high complexity level
- An innovative spirit, ability to be proactive, and enjoyment of learning and tinkering
- Good communication skills, enjoyment of constant exchange within the team, and a good sense of humor
- Good German and English language skills
