Your Tasks

  • You will develop, model and analyze electrical wiring systems and components as well as electrical energy storage systems for the vehicles of the future using state-of-the-art methods.
  • You will create and optimize simulation technologies in order to simulate sophisticated electrodynamic behavior in the vehicle in detail and evaluate it with regard to basic requirements as well as to map electrothermal and electrochemical processes in battery systems more accurately and with better performance.
  • You will create, maintain and improve internal simulation tools against the background of methodological and technical development.
  • You will plan, organize and actively communicate the next steps in our project environment in cooperation with our customers.
  • You are a creative catalyst for innovative ideas and, together with your colleagues from interdisciplinary teams, will form technological visions for which you acquire suitable (inter)national research projects.

Your Profile

  • Excellent degree in STEM studies, linked to Electrical Engineering or Battery Systems.
  • Knowledge of modeling complex systems and the Modelica modeling language.
  • Knowledge and experience in simulation development.
  • You have experience in programming, e.g. in Python.
  • Confident discussion skills, much motivation, good presentation skills and autonomy.
