Your Tasks
- You identify yourself as a knowledge multiplier for technology and methods and enjoy introducing our customers to new IT technologies and IT-methods
- As a coach and/or trainer in the area of Model-Based Systems Engineering (Premium OEMs), you enable our customers to apply the proven tools and methods of Systems Engineering for the digital and agile development of complex systems
- As a technology-generalist, you will inspire our customers for smart product development and demonstrate the potential for the implementation of the latest research approaches from AI, mathematics and engineering
- In interdisciplinary project teams you will design subject matters such as change and transformation management, rollouts, trainings, usability as well as UX/UI at the cut surface between humans and technology
- You will conceptualize, create (instructions and scripts), organize and lead (online) trainings, workshops, interviews, video tutorials and evaluations for our customers.
- You will develop trendsetting methods, tools and newer processes in cooperation with our customers
- You will use your consulting skills to advise customers on intelligent and sustainable IT-solutions for their specified areas of application and will moderate strategy workshops and give management presentations
- You will represent TWT at customer meetings and will always keep the interests of internal and external stakeholders in mind
- In research projects you will work on trendsetting innovative subject matters and create added value in our industrial projects by transferring newly acquired knowledge
- You will realize and manage industrial and research projects, from the idea to the concept phase, to the implementation, to the validation and to the introduction to our customers
Your Profile
- Excellent degree in STEM studies, preferably with PhD
- You have very good presentation skills and can master challenging situations with your self-confident and competent demeanor
- Knowledge and initial experience in areas of teaching, self-presentation in videos, workshops, trainings, change and transformation management, usability, UX/UI, preferably in the fields of engineering and IT, would be welcomed
- Interdisciplinary thinking: you have a solid understanding of technical issues with a strong focus on their operators and you have much enthusiasm for a wide range of topics around engineering and IT
- You have a good work ethic, enjoy engaging in a variety of tasks and are passionate about learning new frameworks and technologies
- Initial practical experience in the field of requirements management, modeling, model management collaboration, configuration and variant management or testing would be desired
- An innovative spirit, ability to be proactive, strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment of learning and tinkering
- Your skill set includes quick understanding and strong logical thinking
- You enjoy interacting and engaging with other people. You are customer-oriented, assertive, and can communicate with different stakeholders
