Your Tasks
- You identify and connect ideas from the fields of Engineering, IT, Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, and Quantum Computing within TWT, and advise our clients on implementing solutions.
- You coordinate the technical work of subject matter experts in our client projects and align content and approvals with customers.
- In close coordination with our management, you define TWT’s strategic positioning as a knowledge-driven company with the mission to transform scientific insights into value-adding technological and methodological innovations for our clients.
- You inspire yourself and others in acquiring highly demanding technology and innovation projects at premium automotive OEMs.
- With a strong customer focus, you develop projects and represent TWT in client meetings.
- You represent TWT at technical and scientific conferences both domestically and internationally.
- You stay up-to-date with our innovations and ideas and develop strategies with a team of experts for their sustainable utilization.
Your Profile
- Convincing university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics (STEM), ideally with a PhD or MBA.
- Innovative spirit, initiative, drive to shape, strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, and a good sense of humor.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills combined with solid technical understanding and a confident, engaging manner.
- Enjoy interaction and direct exchange, lived customer orientation in customer relationship management, assertiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Complex challenges and the latest technologies drive you: you effortlessly switch between business and technical perspectives.
- With your creativity, you help identify future topics and shape the solutions of tomorrow together with us.
- Curiosity and open-mindedness are your strengths: you are flexible and eager to see more of the world.
- Very good German and English skills.
