Technical Expertise

  • You contribute your technical know-how as a technological spearhead in our client projects — aligned with your interests, e.g., AI, Autonomous Driving, Edge Computing, Green Technology, HMI, Future Engineering, Data Science, Systems Engineering, Virtual Experience, or Quantum Computing.
  • You recognize technological potentials early, initiate new project ideas, and actively help shape the direction of our development topics.
  • You identify complex problems, analyze them systematically, and develop creative solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.

Project Involvement

  • You drive our projects forward through efficient work.
  • You convince clients and partners as a technology expert.
  • You communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors to achieve common goals.
  • You are a team player who takes initiative, listens actively, provides constructive feedback, and shows empathy.


Research & Entrepreneurial Spirit

  • You explore the application of new technologies in technical issues within publicly funded research projects.
  • You think like an entrepreneur, identify potential to make processes and projects more efficient and effective, and drive innovation and growth.

Your Profile

  • An excellent Master’s degree or PhD in, for example, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other natural sciences.
  • Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language, such as Python, C#, C++, Java, or Matlab.
  • Solid understanding in at least one area: data processing, statistics, (target-group-specific) data visualization, or machine learning.
  • Enjoyment in critically analyzing customers’ workflows and developing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to confidently lead discussions, motivate others, and deliver presentations.
  • Enthusiasm for thinking and acting independently at a high level of complexity and looking beyond the obvious.
  • Innovative spirit, initiative, and joy in learning and tinkering.
  • Good communication skills, enthusiasm for constant team interaction, and a good sense of humor.
  • Very good German and English skills.
