Your Tasks
Set your own focus of interest as part of an internship or a working student activity:
- You work in customer projects with a focus on current topics such as digital training & coaching, new work and change management
- You will support the creation of training content, the preparation of workshops and the design of project presentations
- You research and evaluate cooperation opportunities in the training context with universities and research institutes
- You will gain insights into the project business of a consultant and support him in the preparation of customer appointments or trainings
- You will have the opportunity to get to know other areas of the company
Your Profile
- Studies in the field of psychology, communication or business sciences, (media)informatics, or similar
- Enthusiasm for topics in the area of learning & training, creative ideas for their innovative implementation as well as curiosity about the integration of new content, methods and technologies
- Interest in technical content and its didactic preparation
- Reliable and conscientious way of working, commitment and initiative
- Pleasure in communicating with other people, working in teams, and being on equal footing with others
- Very good knowledge of German and English
