What you can expect

  • You advise our customers primarily about the topics UX and Usability. Additionally, you get also involved in others domains.
  • Step by step, you can set your individual focus, e.g., communication and information design, integrated change management, depending on your strength and qualification.
  • You further have the option to conduct research close to the market in the field of Human-Centered Systems. The results will be applied in industry projects or consolidated in further research projects.
  • You plan and conduct interviews, strategy workshops, management presentations and Design Sprints.
  • You plan and conduct User-Research, design low-fidelity prototypes or evaluate existing software.
  • You acquire new customers, identify optimization potentials and contribute ideas for projects.
  • You work in interdisciplinary project teams.
  • You solve complex challenges, especially in product development as well as in the area of digital transformations.

What you should provide

  • Convincingly completed Master’s degree or PhD in User Experience, Psychology, Information Design, Media Design/-psychology, Usability Engineering, Human Factors, Usability Engineering, Engineering Psychology or similar qualifications
  • You have experience in user-centered product development and gained experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods like Usability Testing or surveys
  • Terms like Think-Aloud, Prototyping, Customer Journey and Design Thinking are part of your basic vocabulary
  • Innovative spirit, initiative and enjoyment of learning and tinkering
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment of constant exchange within the team and a good sense of humor, courage and curiosity
  • Very good English and German skills
