What you can expect

  • You act as a creative incubator for innovative ideas and invent visionary technologies as part of an interdisciplinary team for which you win adequate international research projects.
  • You are an expert for recognizing innovative trends in our key markets and by that help us to early adapt to future challenges, e.g. regarding Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Driving, Human Centered Technologies, Future Engineering, Data Science, Virtual Experience and Quantum Computing.
  • You coordinate research topics, create internal and external partner networks, build consortia and find adequate research calls.
  • You develop complex high-end methods and transfer innovative knowledge into our industrial projects.
  • You design scientific case studies, concepts and publications.
  • You present our research results at international conferences.

What you should provide

  • Convincingly completed degree in STEM studies, preferably with a doctorate
  • Experience in acquisition, coordination and project management in an international, collaborative research environment is desirable
  • Advanced rhetorical skills and excellent comprehension for scientific and technological topics
  • Ability to motivate and present in public as well as to think and act independently at a high complexity level
  • Innovative spirit, high sense of responsibility, initiative and a good sense of humor
  • Very good English skills and a cosmopolitan personality, preferably experience in working abroad
