What you can expect

  • You advise our customers within the scope of the main topics process and IT building, change management, communication, agile working methods, requirements management as well as strategy.
  • You work in interdisciplinary project teams and take over the management of (sub) projects at an early stage.
  • You independently design training courses, accompany customers in the specification of new IT tools and their introduction, model and optimize processes, act as a business analyst, moderate strategy workshops or give management presentations.
  • You will gradually set your own individual focus, for example on systems engineering, data science, enterprise processes, change communication, training or usability engineering.
  • You solve complex challenges, especially in product development and digital transformation.
  • You apply agile methods and innovative approaches such as Scrum or Design Thinking.
  • You acquire new customers, identify optimization potential and place project ideas.
  • In addition to project work, you are involved in interdisciplinary research projects as well as internal tasks, e.g. in the areas of recruiting or project management.

What you should provide

  • Convincingly completed master's degree in engineering, natural sciences, economics, computer science or similar, preferably with doctorate
  • Confident, structured and goal-oriented approach to new tasks
  • Enjoys the clear presentation of complex issues and the development of creative solutions
  • Innovative spirit, initiative and enjoyment of learning and tinkering
  • Very good communication skills and enjoyment of constant exchange within the team and with customers
  • Winning appearance and a good sense of humor
  • Very good English and German skills
