What you can expect

  • You are significantly involved in the development and analysis of new concepts and methods in the field of global regulation of energy and CO2 efficiency.
  • You are responsible for the modeling and simulation of the entire vehicle with a focus on alternative drive types and evaluate them.
  • You plan virtual and real driving tests and use the results to evaluate new technologies in the automotive industry.
  • You model complex technical systems and physical relationships, e.g. in the context of autonomous and automated driving.
  • You answer technical questions using big data methods and artificial intelligence.
  • You solve technical problems using numerical methods and are responsible for their implementation and analysis.
  • You are significantly involved in the development of methods for process optimization, including in the CAx environment of our customers.
  • Together with colleagues, you will develop software in a simulation-related environment.
  • You proactively advise our customers in all dimensions of virtual product development and work closely with them, e.g. in the field of generative engineering.

What you should provide

  • Preferably a doctorate in engineering (e.g. computational engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace), mathematics or physics
  • Very good knowledge of a higher programming language such as C ++, C #, Python or Java and an affinity for programming
  • Advanced knowledge in digital product development
  • Ideally, first practical experience in the automotive sector
  • Innovative spirit, initiative and enjoyment of learning
  • Very good communication skills and enjoy the constant exchange in the team and with customers
  • Winning appearance and a good sense of humor
  • Very good English skills
