Your tasks

As a coach in the area of Model-Based Systems Engineering (Premium OEMs), you enable our customers to apply the proven tools and methods of Systems Engineering for the digital and agile development of complex systems.
  • You gain insights into customer-specific overall processes.
  • You develop advanced methods and tools that enable the transformation to Model-Based Systems Engineering.
  • You develop concepts and solutions for the modeling and simulation of complex systems, especially in the automotive sector.
  • Together with your colleagues, you will design and test IT solutions for end-to-end system development, from requirements, design and implementation to verification and validation.
  • In the future, you will realize and manage industrial and research projects, from the idea, through the concept phase and implementation, to validation and introduction at our customers.

Your profile

  • Excellent master's degree in computer science, engineering, natural sciences, mathematics, or a similar discipline, preferably with a PhD
  • You enjoy working in a broad spectrum of tasks and are enthusiastic about learning and applying new frameworks and technologies
  • Initial practical experience in one of the areas of requirements management, modeling, model management, collaboration, configuration and variant management or testing is desirable
  • Initial experience with modeling, design patterns, code conventions, version control, build and test automation, REST APIs, relational or NoSQL databases, UML modeling, IT architecture, and agile software development (e.g., Scrum) is desirable
  • Innovative spirit, initiative as well as enjoyment of learning and tinkering
  • Your strengths include quick thinking, high level logical reasoning and very good presentation skills
  • Very good communication and team skills, as well as enjoyment of constant contact with customers and a good sense of humor
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, creativity and a good sense of humor
  • Very good English skills and very good knowledge of German are desired
